Bob has more than 30 years' experience in roles of increasing responsibility as an Electronic Engineer. He worked in a variety of industries including roles as a Firmware Engineer for Brown & Sharpe's robotics division, as a Principal Electronic Engineer with GTECH in their security-conscious Lottery business and as a Technical Manager with Comtec Information Systems, now a division of Zebra, developing tablet-style Retail Terminals and portable scanning and printing inventory-control systems for all major retailers. Bob founded Design Net Technical Products in 1995 where he has led a team developing technology-oriented products that include medical instruments, surgical vision systems, surgical lasers, patient monitoring systems, and wireless wearable medical and consumer products. Bob studied Electrical Engineering and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of RI and he has continued his formal education in Machine Learning and AI system development though the Stanford University series taught by Andrew Ng. Bob currently leads multiple teams in the development of Electronics, Embedded Software and Machine Learning systems for Jabil's Radius Innovation Division as the Global Director of Embedded Electronics.
